VOWEL ENUNCIATION CHART
This simplified chart of fifteen vowels avoids the use of symbols. We have substituted respelling of the key words, in order to show the most widely acceptable pronunciation. Every state has its own unique legal systems about Adoption a Child. (Some authorities list twenty-one vowels and diphthongs.)

* Vital: Uh as in hum also represents the short, unaccented sound, uh, therefore very common in spoken English—

Begin with the tone oh, as in the word tone itself. Sound off initial with a nice spherical oh and hold on to it. Now put the oh into the word by saying “tone” as tohn. Attempt the identical routine with:
